Simple project management, inside your assistant.

One place per project: a message board, to-dos with owners and dates, a schedule, docs and files. Ask what's on your plate, post an update, assign the next thing, by talking. Flat per team, never per seat.

Free for 3 people and 2 projects. Team and Business are flat a year, never per seat. Export everything any time.

  • Six tools, nothing else. Board, to-dos, schedule, docs and files, activity. On purpose.
  • Ask, don't look. “What's on my plate this week?” gets your to-dos from every project, overdue first.
  • Flat per team. The tenth person costs nothing more than the second.

You: What's on my plate this week?

AssistantTwo overdue: the invoice for Studio ops, due last Friday, and the final colour pass on the relaunch, due yesterday. Then the client call on Thursday at 2 and the logo review by Friday. Want me to push the colour pass to Thursday?

AI-first

Built for where you work

Want your AI to keep your team's projects? The assistant you already use can, with the right tools behind it. Projects For AI is those tools. It's a service your assistant connects to, not another tab to keep open. Say it in plain words. The post is posted, the to-do is assigned, and the project is kept. It's one of the products from WAB Apps, built the same way.

Why AI-first →

How it works

Add it, invite the team, then talk.

  1. Add it to your assistant.

A few clicks in ChatGPT or Claude. Then sign in with your e-mail, Google or Apple. There's no password. (A connector is a service your assistant can use. Projects For AI is one.)

  2. Make a project and invite the team.

“Create a project called Website relaunch with Dana and Sam.” Each person adds Projects For AI to their own assistant and sees the same project.

  3. Talk, and it's done.

“Post an update.” “Give the logo review to Dana for Friday.” “What changed since Monday?” A screen appears when it helps.

Free for 3 people and 2 projects. Team and Business are flat a year, never per seat. Export everything any time.

Examples

Just say it.

Things a team says in its first week.

You sayWhat happens
“What's on my plate this week?”Two overdue, three today, five this week. The invoice first: it's four days late.
“Post an update to the relaunch: design is signed off, Dana has the logo review by Friday.”Posted. Dana is mentioned. She and Sam will hear by e-mail.
“Give the logo review to Dana for Friday.”Done: Dana, Friday 16 October. She'll be told.
“Make a to-do list for the launch with these eight items, spread the dates over two weeks.”Eight to-dos in Launch, from Monday 19 to Friday 30 October. Here they are.
“What changed since Monday?”Dana finished the logo review. Sam posted the week 3 update, with two comments. Four to-dos moved to next week.
“Share the brief with the client.”Confirm on your account page, and anyone with the link can read it. Turn it off any time.

Projects For AI keeps the project; your assistant does the talking.

The six tools

Six tools per project. Nothing else. On purpose.

Message board

Updates, questions and ideas, with comments, mentions and files. Pinned posts stay on top. Decisions live here.

To-dos with owners and dates

Lists per project. Each to-do has owners, a due date and notes with checklists. Change many at once; you see the count first.

Schedule

Events and milestones with who's coming, plus every to-do that has a date. A month view, a list view and a feed for your calendar.

Docs

A real editor in the chat: headings, lists, checklists, tables and images. Every edit is kept, so you can compare and restore.

Files

Folders and versions. Images and PDFs preview, and PDF text is searchable. Share a doc or a file by link when a client needs it.

Activity

Everything that happened, by project and by person. “What changed since Monday?” is one question.

No custom fields, workflows, automations, Gantt charts, time tracking, dependencies or sprints. That's the point: six tools everyone understands, and an assistant that can work all of them.

Import and export

Bring your work with you

Import a Trello board: lists become to-do lists, and cards become to-dos with their comments. Or bring an Asana or Todoist export, or any CSV file with a header row. Your assistant shows you what it found before anything is added. You can undo an import for 7 days.

Export any time. Every project as readable files (posts, to-do lists, docs, files and the schedule) plus JSON. Ask in the chat or use your account page. It works on every plan.

How to export from each app →

Privacy

Your projects, in their own database.

  • What we store. The projects, posts, to-dos, docs, files, events and comments your team adds. Each member's sign-in e-mail and display name.
  • Where it lives. One database per workspace, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • Who sees what. Each person sees the projects they're on. The owner and admins manage people. Billing is the owner's.
  • How it's protected. Encrypted in transit and at rest. You sign in with a one-time code, Google or Apple, so there's no password to steal. A share link is off until you turn it on, and off again when you say so.
  • How long we keep it. Deleted things sit in a trash for 30 days. Doc history is kept for 30 days on Free, a year on Team, and for the life of the doc on Business.
  • E-mail only. A daily digest, or e-mail as things happen on paid plans, to each person's own address. One click stops it. Nothing is pushed into your chat.
  • Not used for anything else. Projects For AI runs no AI of its own. It doesn't sell your data or show ads.
  • Export and delete any time. Export from the chat or your account page. The owner deletes the workspace from the account page, and everything is removed after a 30-day grace period.

FAQ

Questions

What is Projects For AI?

Simple project management for a small team, inside the assistant each of you already uses. Every project has a message board, to-do lists with owners and dates, a schedule, docs, files and activity. You post, assign, schedule and find things by talking. A screen appears when it helps.

Does Projects For AI include any AI?

No. Projects For AI keeps the project; the assistant you already use does the talking. Your team's data is stored on its own and isn't tied to one AI provider. One person can use ChatGPT, another Claude, and both see the same project.

How do I add it?

In ChatGPT or Claude, add Projects For AI by its address. The Add page has the steps for each. Then sign in once with your e-mail, Google or Apple. Everyone on the team adds it to their own assistant, with their own sign-in.

Is it really flat per team?

Yes. Free is 3 people and 2 active projects. Team is $100 a year for 10 people and 20 projects. Business is $250 a year for 30 people and unlimited projects. Nobody pays per seat.

What does it not do?

No custom fields, workflows, automations, Gantt charts, time tracking, dependencies, sprints or portfolios. That's on purpose. If your work needs those, you need a bigger tool. If something small is missing, ask your assistant to log a feature request.

Can clients or guests see one project?

Not as guests. Today you can share a doc or a file by a read-only link. Or invite the client as a member, who then uses a seat. We're considering guest access to a single project. If you want it, ask your assistant to log the feature request.

How do notifications work?

By e-mail. Everyone gets a daily digest of their projects: new posts, comments on their things, to-dos due and overdue, and mentions. On Team and Business you can ask for e-mail as things happen instead. Nothing is pushed into the chat. Ask your assistant what changed whenever you like.

Does it work with my calendar?

Yes, one way. Your calendar app can subscribe to a feed of your events and due to-dos, for one project or for everything you're on. Changes you make in the calendar app don't come back.

Can I use it in both ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes, and so can each person on the team, in whichever assistant they like. One workspace, one set of projects.

Can I bring my work from another app?

Yes: a Trello board, an Asana or Todoist export, or any CSV file. Your assistant shows you what it found before anything is added. You can undo an import for 7 days.

Where is my data, and who can see it?

Each workspace has its own database, hosted on Cloudflare. Each person sees the projects they're on. The owner and admins manage people. The privacy policy and the data processing addendum have the details.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your workspace keeps every project and file. Projects over the plan's count become read-only until you archive some. People over the seats are paused, most recently added first. Export always works. A first purchase has a 14-day no-questions refund.

Which assistant and model work best?

Works best with Claude Opus or higher. In other assistants, use the most capable model your plan offers.

What if ChatGPT changes?

Projects For AI isn't a ChatGPT feature. It's a service you connect to ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant. Your projects live in your workspace. If one assistant changes its rules, the others keep working, and you can export everything at any time.
